It is never easy saying goodbye to a fellow firefighter and it's even harder saying goodbye to one of your own. It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the loss of Justin Stawinski, who was our Captain, a great paramedic, and one of our most active members of the company. Justin started out as a junior member and worked his way up the ranks. He was a role model to many, an awesome instructor when it came to training, on the call, or just simply when you needed help with whatever life threw at you, and most importantly, he was a brother who always had your back. This unexpected loss hit us hard, but when that pager goes off; for whatever it may be, Station 36 will respond, remain strong, and never forget our Captain. Justin's family, friends, and fellow co-workers have the companies deepest condolences. We will post service hours as soon as they become available. Thank you for everyones continued support!
~RIP Captain Justin Stawinski.
