Ladder 36 was requested to respond to assist Freeport with a brush fire endangering a structure. Ladder 36 went in route within 3 minutes of dispatch. 70 Command advised Company 36 to cancel once they arrived on scene and found a controlled burn.

Rescue 36 was first to arrive on scene with Chief 36 establishing Ekastown Road Command. Crews found one patient with injuries and assessed the patient until Butler Ambulance arrived covering for Saxonburg EMS.

Rescue 36 was first to arrive on scene finding a Ford F-150 rolled over onto its driver's side. Lt. 36-2 established Butler Road Command and crews stabilized the vehicle and removed the roof to extricate the patient.
